Shown at firstsite, Colchester, on Friday 15th February 2013, as part of first/site/night. The event, hosted by other/other/other, presented work which responded either to the current exhibition ‘Hammer Prints’ (Paolozzi) or the architecture of the building. This video was a response to the ‘Sea Beasts’ designs in the exhibition.

Marine exoskeletons, shot with a macro lens on a DSLR, and lit with torchlight. The soundtrack is similarly created using layered recordings of tiny sounds: sand, shells, pebbles.
