“I have been working collaboratively for a year, and it has shifted the focus of my practice into areas of performance I had not previously considered. My work is still conceptually about sound, but I have been developing the visual elements, and involving the audience in the creation of work, both of which feel more successful methods of delivery.
This period will also include visits to national and regional events as important research and networking opportunities to help contextualise my practice. I intend to write a review of each event in relation to the themes of audience engagement, site, and sound.”
